Health and wellbeing provider BHSF has appointed director of risk and compliance Clare Enstone and chief operating officer Georgina Callaghan to its executive leadership team.
Enstone brings extensive experience in governance, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management. She will be responsible for BHSF’s risk and compliance strategy, ensuring the organisation meets the highest standards across its operations. Meanwhile, Callaghan brings over 20 years of experience in business transformation, digital innovation, and operational leadership, having held senior roles at Key Group, Co-op, PwC, and Barclays.
These appointments coincide with BHSF’s transformation programme, which includes modernising its insurance systems and product portfolio. As part of this, the organisation has introduced a new Health & Wellbeing Plan designed to support employers and employees.
BHSF group chief executive officer Stuart Hayhurst says: “We’re delighted to welcome Clare and Georgina to the executive team. Their expertise will be instrumental as we continue to scale our services and deliver on our mission to support the health and wellbeing of the UK workforce. These appointments reflect our continued investment in leadership to support our partners, our customers and our employees.”
Enstone says: “Joining BHSF is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation that’s clearly committed to doing things the right way. I’m passionate about building strong, transparent governance frameworks that support innovation while protecting customers and partners. I look forward to working with the team to strengthen our compliance culture and help shape the next chapter of BHSF’s journey.”
Callaghan says: “BHSF has a clear sense of purpose and a strong foundation for growth. I’m excited to be part of a team that’s driving meaningful change in the health and wellbeing space. My focus will be on ensuring our operations continue to scale efficiently, with the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.”
