Boostworks appoints a new CEO

Boostworks, a provider of employee reward and recognition, benefits delivery and wellbeing solutions, has appointed Joanne Werker as CEO.

Werker, CSMO, will take over as CEO on August 1, 2024, replacing Andy Caldicott. Caldicott will take on the newly created role of strategic programme director, managing key initiatives to broaden the Boostworks solutions portfolio and core operating model.

Werker has managed multi-million-pound P&Ls and has previously worked for Vodafone, Virgin Media, O2, and TruRating. Since joining Boostworks two years ago, she has been responsible for strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, and customer growth programs, as well as overseeing sales, marketing, product, and branding projects.

Werker says: “I am truly delighted to take on the role of CEO and build upon the strong foundation that Andy has established. Together with our talented team, I look forward to driving innovation, expanding our market presence, and creating further value for our customers and stakeholders.”
