Broadstone appoints actuarial director

Broadstone has appointed Dalbir Singh as an actuarial director.

Singh joins Broadstone from WTW and will oversee a portfolio of scheme actuary clients in his new position. He has 20 years of experience in the pension market and specialises in delivering strategic guidance to Trustee and Corporate clients. Dalbir has worked on pension systems ranging in size from £15 million to £15 billion, as well as diverse governance structures.

He will work from Broadstone’s new Birmingham office and its Redditch location, helping the company grow.

Singh says: “It’s an exciting time to join the expanding Broadstone team, especially with the recent opening of our Birmingham office. The continued growth in the Consulting and Actuarial division is a testament to the value of the Broadstone proposition and the strength of our local team. Broadstone’s commitment to delivering expert advice and innovative solutions aligns perfectly with my professional values and goals.

“I’m confident that my experience in the sector will add value to our clients as they navigate the ever-evolving regulatory pensions landscape and the wide range of scheme end-games available.”

Broadstone head of midlands advisory Jeremy Clack says: “Dalbir is a great addition to the team bringing with him both breadth and depth of experience in our sector as well as business development acumen. He will be invaluable to our new and existing clients as we continue to pursue further commercial growth, working alongside existing valued colleagues across our actuarial, administration and investment service lines.

“We are really well positioned in the Midlands market, with significant actuarial strength and a strong proposition, and look forward to introducing Dalbir to our clients and prospects.”
