Broadstone has promoted Jeremy Clack to the newly created role of head of commercial strategy in its consulting and actuarial division.
This new role will see Clack defining and implementing a strategic plan for this part of Broadstone’s consultancy business, focusing on identifying and promoting new propositions.
This will include developing appropriate systems and processes for consistent commercial management across clients, identifying potential areas for new proposition development and testing commercial strategies for new propositions.
He will report to Broadstone’s head of consulting and actuarial Nigel Jones.
Clack will take on this role in addition to his existing responsibilities as head of Midlands advisory. He will also work closely with other heads of advisory from across Broadstone’s 10 UK offices to ensure an aligned, consistent offering to clients.
Clack joined Broadstone from WTW in May 2023 as a senior actuarial director, and has more than 20 years’ industry experience advising trustees and corporates across schemes ranging between £5m and £5bn.
Nigel Jones, head of Broadstone’s consulting & actuarial division says: “Since [Clack] joined Broadstone, his acumen has been evident. He has helped develop our service levels as we continue to grow in size, scale and service.
“Broadstone is continually looking to evolve its proposition and [Clack’s] decades of sector experience mean he is perfectly placed to drive forward this next phase of our commercial strategy.”
