Broadstone appoints new head of transformation

Pension and employee benefits consultants Broadstone has appointed Kylie Arbon as its new head of transformation.

In this new role Arbon will lead the integration of current and future acquisitions within its consulting and actuarial business,  as well as maintaining the full automation of Broadstone’s primary client functions, including its Sirius platform.

This appointment follows a period sustained growth for Broadstone, which is now an adviser to over 400 trustee boards. Recent acquisitions have included H&C Consulting Actuaries, which completed last month. 

Broadstone says this new role will ensure the consulting and actuarial business operates consistenly across its eight offices in the UK to support the very best outcomes for clients and their members. 

Arbon will also identify areas of opportunity to improve performance while establishing a framework for future acquisitions.

Arbon has over 12 years’ experience in the pensions industry as an actuary and consultant. She worked at BBS Consultants & Actuaries from 2011 before it was acquired by Broadstone in 2019.
