Broadstone has appointed Josh Clark as senior employee benefits consultant to its risk & health team within its employee benefits consulting division

He joins from Aon and brings more than 15 years of experience across the employee benefits and insurance sector. He previously worked at Lockton and Towergate and first began his career as a business administration apprentice, before progressing into consulting.

Clark will use his experience in risk and health to support the firm’s clients with their employee benefits needs, helping organisations develop effective strategies to attract and retain talent while managing risk.

Broadstone’s employee benefits consulting division works with employers to design and deliver employee benefits strategies that support their people, manage risk and align with wider business objectives, providing independent advice across areas including healthcare, risk and wellbeing.

Clark says: “I’m excited to be joining Broadstone and starting the next chapter of my career with such an ambitious and growing business. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to Broadstone’s talented team, and to working with clients to help them navigate the evolving risk and health landscape.”

Broadstone head of health & protection Brett Hill says: “We’re seeing increasing demand from businesses for high-quality, independent employee benefits advice as employers look for ways to support the health and wellbeing of their staff. Our growing client base reflects the strength of our proposition in this market and the appointment of Josh will further strengthen our ability to support more businesses with effective employee benefits strategies.”
