Broadstone has appointed Jordan Ring as a senior healthcare consultant, as it looks to strengthen its health and wellbeing capabilities within its wider employee benefits team.

Ring has over 16 years of experience in the employee benefits sector, and previously worked at The Health Insurance Group, where she focused on private medical insurance. Most recently she worked at Towergate as a senior employee benefits consultant.

At Towergate, Ring led comprehensive benefit reviews to align health and wellbeing offerings with her clients’ commercial objectives and employee engagement priorities.

In her new role at Broadstone, Ring will work closely with SME and mid-market clients, delivering health and wellbeing solutions that go beyond traditional benefits provision. She will support the design and delivery of strategies aligned to workforce needs and long-term organisational goals.

Broadstone head of health & protection Brett Hill says: “[Ring’s] extensive experience in the health and wellbeing markets alongside her specialist expertise advising on PMI solutions further strengthens our ability to support clients with high-quality, tailored advice.

“As demand continues to grow for innovative health strategies, she will play a key role in helping our clients to enhance employee wellbeing and achieve their strategic objectives.”
