Broadstone appoints senior risk and healthcare consultant

Broadstone appoints Victoria Francis as a senior consultant within risk and healthcare.

Francis brings over 16 years of sector experience and began her career at LEBC Group before moving into a senior consultancy role at Lockton. She joins from PIB where she worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant.

She specialises in the risk and healthcare segments lies in the design and implementation of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and Group Risk arrangements for employers of varying sizes and sectors. She is experienced in advising businesses on their health, protection and wellbeing strategies designed to support their workforce and enhance employee engagement.

Francis will work with corporate clients to design and deliver tailored risk and healthcare solutions, helping organisations navigate the evolving employee benefits landscape while supporting the health and financial wellbeing of their workforce.
