Broadstone has appointed Lindsay Kenny to be its new SME business development consultant.
Kenny joins from Towergate and has over 15 years’ experience in employee benefits, business development, and client relationship management.
In this new role Kenny will work with both new and existing clients, helping to design comprehensive and tailored benefits packages for SMEs which support employee engagement. She will also be responsible fro seamless integration of these solutions and ongoing support, with the aim of helping Broadstone generate sustainable business growth.
Broadstone says Kenny has a proven track record when it comes to exceeding sales and revenue improve their employee health and wellbeing via her extensive expertise in health and risk benefits.
Broadstone head of health and protection Brett Hill says Kenny’s experience for employee wellbeing will make her a valuable addition to the employee benefits consulting team, which is growing due to demand from businesses of all sizes.
