Broadstone has appointed Rachel Coles as a workplace engagement consultant.
Coles joins Broadstone’s DC workplace savings team, part of the employee benefits consulting business, which helps about 800 firms offer cutting-edge benefit and wellness programmes to their workforce.
She will assist employees in understanding how to manage their finances by delivering member engagement programmes to Broadstone’s defined contribution (DC) clients. This will include reaching out to clients through a range of channels with material related to savings, pensions, and financial wellbeing.
Broadstone head of DC workplace savings Damon Hopkins says: “The cost-of-living crisis has underscored the importance of financial education and employers play an integral role in supporting their employees in this area.
“Given her unique background in teaching and financial services, Rachel is a natural educator and is passionate about delivering high-quality financial education in the workplace.”
