Is your organisation providing enough support for men’s mental health?

It’s important to understand the hidden factors affecting men’s mental health, like fertility and relationships. By encouraging men to seek help, organisations can keep their talent, boost productivity, and increase engagement.

Even with some progress, many men still struggle quietly with their mental health with 80% of men delaying getting help for their health because they feel scared or anxious. Organisations need to find better ways to help men access support and treatment earlier, before issues get worse.

Bupa’s Health Horizons: Men’s health virtual event will talk about how relationships, fertility, and loneliness all affect the silent crisis of men’s mental health. They will also discuss how these issues show up in the workplace.

Alice Hendy MBE, founder and CEO of R;pple Suicide Prevention charity, will explain why suicide is the leading cause of death for men and what businesses can do to prevent it.

The panel of experts will share how businesses can improve their wellbeing strategies to better support men’s mental health now and in the future.
