Capita Pension Solutions has reappointed Anish Rav, who began his role last month, as director of pensions policy.
Rav rejoins from Smart Pension where he was director of retirement for nearly nine months. He was previously at Capita for eight years where he held a number of roles including head of DC strategy and proposition and head of clients, proposition and strategy for Atlas Master Trust.
Rav has over 25 years of experience in both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pensions and has held senior roles elsewhere including at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management where he was vice president for its employee benefits consulting business and at Hymans Robertson as head of insured and bundled solutions.
Capita’s Pension Solutions business is a pension advisory firm, advising trustees, and sponsoring employers on a range of services, from pensions administration and consultancy, to technology and engagement techniques. Pension Solutions provides consultancy services to over 150 pension schemes including actuarial, investment, secretariat, and member communication services.
