Cigna Healthcare’s International Health division is partnering with Headspace to expand its mental health solutions for Global Health Benefits (GHB) customers.
Eligible customers and their covered dependents can get unlimited access to one-on-one, text-based mental health coaching and evidence-based mindfulness content. The service, which operates 24/7, is integrated into GHB’s clinical programmes and case management pathways, which guide customers to the right support when they need it.
Headspace provides exercises for sleep, meditation, focus, stress and fitness which is designed to support everyday wellbeing.
