Cracknell has over 30 years in the pensions industry, most recently as the chief executive of The Pensions Advisory Service.
During her five years in this role, Cracknell was responsible for raising public awareness of pensions, leading campaigns on pension scam awareness and launching a variety of new services and tools to help consumers better understand their pensions. These included a new online ‘trace a lost pension’ tool and a ‘midlife review’ service.
PensionBee is an online pension provider, which was foudned in 2015. Since then it has achieved significant growth, now counting over 60,000 active customers and over £650 million in assets under administration.
Cracknell joins Paternoster founder, former Prudential chief executive and PensionBee chairman Mark Wood on the Board.
