PES will offer the new Earthmiles@Work app via its ‘happypeople’ portal from early 2019.
The employee benefits provider says this partnership will help modernise engagement and analytics for both employers and employees.
The Earthmiles@Work app will offer financial rewards for employees engaging in a range of wellbeing activities. At the same time this PES portal will deliver powerful analytics for the employer, as well as allowing them to communicate with employees.
The use of both rewards for activity and gamified content encourages employee engagement, which has been demonstrated by a 63 per cent increase in activity by Earthmiles users after downloading the app.
An updated version of the PES portal, which will include this new app, will be available to existing and new clients by early 2019.
PES’s head of thinking and possibilities Ian Rummels says this partnership is “an opportunity to change the way businesses think about wellbeing. It allows all aspects of workplace wellbeing – physical, mental, financial and social – to be brought to life in a single piece of technology.
