EBC Collective partner Charles Goodman has joined Benefiz and Towergate Employee Benefits as a client director.
In a LinkedIn post he said: “Can’t wait to start work with Tim Gillingham, Mark Pugh, and this fantastic team, at a really exciting time for the business. Lots of great things to come in the employee benefits, financial wellbeing, and workplace pensions space.”
EBC Collective, a consultancy with clients in the investment and energy sectors, offers online & flexible benefits, pension consultancy and governance, employee wellbeing and health & protection consultancy. The company says its a “flexible, cost-effective employee benefits for companies of all sizes.”
Prior to that, Goodman was an employee benefits director at Cervello Financial Planning as well as an international employee benefits consultant at Mattioli Woods. He has also held roles at Brooks Macdonald, Broadstone Group, Grant Thornton as well as the Financial Ombudsman in various consultancy roles.
Benefiz now conducts business under Towergate Employee Benefits following its acquisition last year, with the deal allowing Towergate to expand its capabilities by including support for pension benefits in its current portfolio.
Benefiz supports employers of all sizes, particularly smaller organisations, in accessing benefits typically offered by larger companies. It provides an online platform for designing and managing various employee benefits.
