Employee benefit package helps asset manager win ‘most generous company’ award

A comprehensive employee benefits package has helped the  asset management company Titanbay scoop an award for the UK’s most generous company. 

These judges of the completion cited Titanbay’s generous employee benefits package and people-centred approach to company culture.

Among the benefits available were an employee share scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, life insurance, working-from-home tech contributions and support for new parents via a workplace nursery scheme.

The competition is run by sharetech platform Vestd. Ifty Nasir, founder and CEO of Vestd, and a judge of the competition, said: “A company is stronger when everybody pulls together and everybody shares in the success.  Titanbay’s benefit package is testament to that school of thought.

“There’s a level of consideration to all of Titanbay’s benefits that adds up to a significantly people-focused environment. On all fronts, Titanbay is demonstrating that it really genuinely cares about its people.”
