Expat offering from William Russell

The insurer says Global Health Bespoke allows advisers to tailor their corporate client’s cover to meet their exact requirements. It says the plan also offers a range of benefits not normally covered by standard health plans such as optical cover, and full cover for the routine maintenance of chronic conditions such as diabetes.

Global Health Bespoke offers a simplified application process for IFAs with cover for pre-existing medical conditions and no waiting periods, meaning that employers can send employees and their dependants overseas knowing that they are completely covered from day one.”

James Cooper, sales director at William Russell says: “Larger employers often have very specific international health insurance requirements and we recognise that their IFAs need the flexibility to advise on bespoke solutions. An employer in a remote location may require higher levels of emergency evacuation cover than an employee with the majority of its staff based in a city. Some employers want to cover all aspects of healthcare including preventive care, dental and optical benefits. Other employers may want to cover only acute medical conditions, but also add in a preventive medicine benefit to ensure the well-being of staff and their dependants.
