Fidelity appoints new trustee to master trust board

Roger Breeden will be a new independent trustee on the Fidelity International Master Trust board.

His appointment expand the current board and is in response to the growing size of the master trust. He joins Kim Nash who is the independent chair of trustees, alongside Dianne Day and Gerald Wellesley as independent trustees.

Breeden is a trustee executive at independent trustee company BESTrustees, specialising in  DC workplace and master trust pension schemes. 

Breeden has 40 years’ of financial services experience and will chair the administration sub-committee.

Daniel Smith, head of UK workplace investing at Fidelity International said: “[Breeden’s] skills and experience will add to our growing board, benefiting both clients and members.”

Nash added that Breeden’s experience and market knowledge “will prove invaluable as the Fidelity Master Trust continues to grow and evolve in an ever-changing pensions landscape.”
