Fidelity International has appointed Matt Cuhls as a new member of its Independent Governance Committee (IGC).
Cuhls has worked in the pensions sector for about 25 years, during which time he has held several positions offering or supervising customer service, designing products and processes, and managing investments.
He worked at ReAssure Ltd. for more than 20 years, serving as managing director for 10 of those years and having key roles in risk, compliance, and audit. Most recently, he was a managing director at Phoenix Group.
Cuhls says: “Having been involved with the implementation of IGCs in my executive career, I am delighted to be joining Fidelity International’s IGC and working on behalf of members of Fidelity’s workplace schemes and users of their Investment Pathways funds.”
