Parallel Employee Benefits has appointed former Cloud8 CEO Dipa Mistry Kandola as its new CEO.
Mistry Kandola has over 20 years of experience in the EB industry with skills in both B2B and B2C environments. Her experience includes strategic and proposition development, as well as the implementation and delivery of plans in HR, finance, SAAS, marketing, and insurance. She will use this experience to further the company’s strategic objective.
Parallel offers tailored employee benefits solutions to businesses of all sizes, focusing on building and delivering benefits packages consistent with cultural values and budgets to assist in employee recruitment and retention. It aims to streamline benefit administration processes, allowing clients to focus on their core business activities.
Mistry Kandola joined the employee benefits technology platform Cloud8 in September 2020 and was promoted from client strategy director to managing director and finally to CEO in 2022. She stepped down in October last year following its acquisition by Benefex.
