Guiide has appointed Tom McPhail to its team of external advisers.
McPhail, who retains his role of director of public affairs at The Lang Cat, an insight, marketing and communications consultancy specialising in financial services, was formerly the head of retirement policy at Hargreaves Lansdown. He is currently governor at the Pension Policy Institute.

We met Tom a few times and his view of the industry and the support that people need is very much aligned to ours.
