Paul O’Leary has been named chief financial officer of the Foster Denovo Group to assist in the next stage of its five-year growth plan.
O’Leary has thirty years of experience in company development, strategy, and finance, within the financial services industry. Previously, he was the CFO for Rothschild & Co.’s Global Advisory and UK businesses and worked in retail financial services and wealth management at Barclays Bank.
O’Leary will contribute to the company’s growth ambitions in this new role. Foster Denovo completed 20 practice buy-outs since obtaining Crestline funding in 2022, including five in the last 12 months, as it proceeds with its five-year plan.
Foster Denovo CEO Roger Brosch says: “Paul brings a wealth of experience that will help us further grow our financial stability and health as we look to now build on the rock-solid foundations already laid in the initial stages of our five-year plan. We are entering a new stage of accelerated growth and having someone of Paul’s calibre and experience is going to be invaluable to realising our ambitions. I am delighted to welcome Paul to the ExCo and I am excited about what we’ll achieve together.”
O’Leary says: “Foster Denovo has already achieved impressive growth since putting its five-year plan in place, including establishing its partnership with Crestline. The business is highly client-centric, with a collaborative working culture and there is a healthy pipeline of potential acquisitions currently under discussion, all of which position the business for continued significant expansion. It is an exciting time to join Roger and the team, and I greatly look forward to playing a part in Foster Denovo’s next phase of growth.”
