Mattioli Woods has expanded its Employee Benefits division with the appointment of four senior consultants, Adele Bachelor, Steve Pemberton, Anthony Sillett and Matt Laing.
Mattioli Woods says the expansion aims to enhance its capacity to deliver compliant and cost-effective benefits strategies. The Employee Benefits division supports clients with the design, administration and governance of workplace benefit schemes.
Bachelor has over two decades of experience in defined contribution pensions, auto-enrolment, group risk and private medical insurance, advising employers and employees on benefit design and engagement.
Pemberton joins with a 21-year career that began at Royal London, focusing on employee benefits and workplace pension delivery.
Sillett brings 16 years’ experience implementing online benefits platforms, having previously worked at Mercer, KPMG and Willis Towers Watson.
Laing has more than 20 years’ experience working with organisations to develop employee benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
The company’s benefits platforms enable clients to manage insurer administration and benefits delivery through a single digital system. It also provides ongoing consultancy and support to help employers adapt to regulatory changes and evolving workforce needs.
