Finch Insurance Brokers and Employee Benefits and Verlingue Limited, which was rebranding from ICB Group on 1st December 2019, have merged under the brand name of their French EBC and broking giant parent Verlingue.
The new business says it has ambitious growth plans for the UK. It will continue to operate out of its existing offices in Egham, Redhill, Manchester and London, and will be headed up by current CEOs, Mike Latham and Neil Campling.
Verlingue is a French based, independent family-owned insurance broker specialising in business protection across commercial risks and employee benefits. It operates in 22 locations in France, the UK and Switzerland and has 1,100 employees. It negotiates €2bn in premiums a year.
Verlingue head of employee benefits Mark Pugh said: “We are very excited about the merger and adoption of the Verlingue brand. We are a successful and growing Employee Benefits consultancy, and a single brand and fully integrated business will help us to provide our clients with an even better service and enhanced range of business solutions.“
In a joint statement, Neil Campling and Mike Latham said: “The launch of the Verlingue brand in the UK market marks a significant milestone for our UK business, our clients and our colleagues. It also supports the Verlingue Group’s ambitious growth plans both in the UK and in Europe.”
