Gallagher has appointed Andrew Bowman as chief financial officer (CFO) for its UK HR & benefits consulting division.
He joins Gallagher from eCOGRA, where he was CFO and oversaw the finance function across the UK, Europe, South Africa and the US.
He has over 20 years of experience in finance, business transformation and operational leadership within both private equity-backed businesses and publicly listed organisations. He has held senior finance roles at Capita PLC, managing international finance operations, compliance and varied revenue streams.
At Gallagher, he will be responsible for the finance function across all regions and subsidiaries. His remit includes financial planning, compliance, governance and supporting business transformation.
