Gallagher has named David Piltz as the new chief executive officer of its employee benefits & HR consulting division in the U.K.
Piltz, who joined Buck in 1996, currently serves as the UK managing director of Buck, a Gallagher Company, where he is in charge of the consulting and administrative services for trustees and employers’ pensions and employee benefits.

Meanwhile, Steve Coco will serve as the divison’s global human resources & compensation consulting managing director.
Coco joined Gallagher as a result of the Buck acquisition in April 2023. He is currently the chief revenue officer of Buck where he is in charge of increasing revenue through Buck sales, account management, marketing, client strategy and technology, innovation, and thought leadership.
Scott Hamilton, who now serves as the global managing director of human resources & compensation consulting at Gallagher, will take over as chairman of the business line, which will concentrate on growth tactics, employment trends, and mergers and acquisitions.
