Goldman Sachs has appointed former Schroders head of DC Tim Horne to help further expand its own DC capabilities team.
Horne will join the investment bank’s client solutions group as managing director and head of EMEA defined contribution.
Horne has more than 20 years of experience working in asset management, the last 14 of which have been spent at Schroders. He was most recent head of its UK institutional defined contribution team and was responsible for private asset solutions in the retirement market.
In this new role he will work with Chris Lyon, Goldman Sachs’ global head of defined contribution, as well as leaders across its client solutions group and its global retirement organisation.
