HCML appoints Nuffield head as chief quality officer

HCML has appointed Marc Holl as chief quality officer.

He brings over 20 years of experience in specialist support and clinical pathway design. He joins from Nuffield Health, where, as head of quality, he oversaw quality assurance, governance, workforce development, regulatory compliance, and clinical leadership.

Holl will lead patient pathway development, data and outcomes, and the quality and safety framework, while strengthening professional networks to enhance corporate health, wellbeing, and rehabilitation services.

Previously, he spent 10 years at IPRS Health as managing director, driving strategic growth through new clinical services and service propositions.

Holl and Jill Pritchard, who joined last month as chief commercial officer, will join the HCML executive board alongside Vish Buldawoo, who was recently promoted to chief operations officer and Rory Webster, chief financial officer.

HCML CEO James Murray says: “Marc brings extensive expertise in clinical pathway design, quality frameworks, and strategic service development which will be invaluable as we continue to enhance the value, quality, and reach of our corporate health, wellbeing, and rehabilitation services propositions.
