Healix has expanded its client services team by appointing Paul Farthing as a strategic key account director.

Farthing, who has almost 20 years experience in the corporate healthcare market, will be responsible for continuing to grow the company’s corporate healthcare trust portfolio.

Farthing has previously worked for WPA, Citi Bank — in both Japan and the UK — and Axa, where he managed  a large corporate portfolio as a key client director.

Healix has developed its offering over the last few years, improving its proposition to ensure member companies can support a wider range of employees. Client services play a key role in ensuring clients are receiving the benefits package that suits them best.

Since 2020 Healix has seen its revenue increase by over 140 per cent, while it has also seen a 67 per cent increase in the number of people its supports via workplace schemes.

Healix Health CEO Ian Talbot says: “We are going through a period of exciting growth here at Healix and as our portfolio grows it is paramount that our industry-leading levels of client service never drop. Bolstering our account director team demonstrates our commitment to that.”
