Hymans Robertson has appointed Shirley Brown as head of its third-party administration practice.
Shirley will oversee the company’s third-party administration practice activities in offering secure member-focused quality administration and keep assisting clients with their data journey to buy out through continued investments in digital solutions after she assumes her new post. She will also continue to be in charge of all third-party administration practices personnel’s career-development training and reward.
She will be taking on the role following the retirement of the current head of TPA, Gary Evans. Shirley joined the company in 2019 as the head of operations for TPA
