Hymans Robertson has appointed three new equity members and eight new partners.
The pensions consultancy firms said these promotions come from all areas of its business as the company seeks to draw on its diverse mix of employees within its leadership team.
The three new equity members are Karen Fraser, commercial director of the firm’s Personal Wealth business. Julie Hammerton, head of Personal Wealth and Paul Waters, head of DC markets.
Fraser joined the company’s finance team in 2005, and was head of finance for decade. Hammerton joined Hymans Robertson in 2015 and before establishing the Personal Wealth division she was a lead consultant and founding member of the firm’s Incubator, which market-tested and delivered new business lines.
Waters joined Hymans Robertson in 2005 and has worked in many different areas of the business including, corporate benefits, DC pensions, retail investments and provider consulting, with a strong digital theme throughout.
The eight new partners are:
- Darren Baillie, digital lead, DC consulting
- Christine Cumming, head of scheme wind ups
- Nick Ford, head of risk & capital, insurance and financial services
- Dan McMahon, head of technology & innovation, Personal Wealth
- Iain Pearce, head of alternative risk transfer
- Philip Pearson head of LGPS investment
- Rob Sharp, head of IT
- Julie West, head of service delivery, LGPS team
