Woodhouse will be based in IGG’s Edinburgh office and joins the firm from Dalriada Trustees.
IGG trustee director Mark Woodhouse says: “I’m delighted to be joining IGG at a point where strong, proportionate governance has never been more important. IGG has a strong reputation for well-judged, professional trusteeship and I’m looking forward to working alongside my new colleagues to support clients through increasingly complex strategic and regulatory challenges.”
IGG chief commercial officer Grant Suckling says: “We are very pleased to welcome Mark to IGG. He brings deep experience from across the professional trustee market and a strong track record of supporting schemes through complex governance and funding issues. As demand for experienced, high-quality trustees continues to grow, Mark’s appointment reflects our ongoing investment in senior trustee capability to meet the needs of our growing client portfolio and their increasingly complex requirements.”
