Steward Ireland has joined Heywood Pension Technologies as chief commercial officer.
Ireland has held a number of senior positions across the DC consultancy and provider sector, includes roles at TPT Retirement Solutions, Gallagher Benefits Services, Willis Towers Watson and Aegon.
In this new role he will be responsible for expanding the company’s commercial activity for new business, while also focusing on building and developing client relationships.
Heywood said Ireland’s leadership qualities and extensive experience across the pensions industry made him the ideal candidate to drive growth in the business.
