Isio has appointed Kevin Howard as partner and head of pensions administration.
This appointment comes as the firm invests in scaling its pensions administration business and enhancing its capabilities.
Howard brings more than 30 years of experience in regulated financial services, operations, and transformation. He joins from WTW, where he spent almost eight years in senior leadership roles, most recently as managing director and Head of Outsourcing GB, with responsibility for leading and growing its pensions administration business.
He led large-scale administration operations, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and service delivery across a complex client base. He has extensive experience in P&L management, strategic planning, member services and leading transformation programmes to improve performance and scalability.
Before WTW, Howard held senior executive roles at First Central and Allianz, where he led operations, business change, and shared services.
