Isio has appointed Naomi L’Estrange as managing director.
L’Estrange has over two decades of experience in pensions and trustee services having previously served as managing director of 20-20 Trustees and Co-CEO of Vidett. She has also held senior roles at Herbert Smith Freehills, the Pension Protection Fund and in government, where she helped design the moral hazard powers in the 2004 Pensions Act.
In her new role, L’Estrange will work alongside senior team members to strengthen relationships with professional trustees and other industry stakeholders.
She will contribute to the firm’s work across ESG, trustee board effectiveness, and talent development – reinforcing Isio’s commitment to high standards of governance and responsible investment.
Isio partner Julie Gray says: “[L’Estrange’s] experience in trustee services and governance will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our relationships with professional trustees and enhance the support we provide to clients.
“Her track record of innovation and strategic thinking across the pensions landscape will be a real asset as we continue to evolve our proposition. Her appointment strengthens our senior leadership team at an important time for the business and will help us build on our momentum across ESG and effective governance.”
