Isio has connected more than 100 pension schemes representing over 150,000 members to Pensions Dashboards.
It follows the firm’s connection of its first scheme in May 2025, delivered alongside technology partner Equisoft through its Pension Fusion platform.
Isio has also completed its first scheme disconnection following a buyout, which it said demonstrates that its Dashboards framework can support schemes through different stages of their lifecycle.
The consultancy is also preparing for the future public launch of Pensions Dashboards by setting up a team to manage ongoing Dashboard activity and member enquiries once schemes are connected.
The firm is also developing self-service tools and processes designed to support data updates and member engagement as Dashboard usage grows.
Isio pensions dashboards lead Harvi Rana says: “Connecting more than 100 schemes is a testament to our 50-strong multi-disciplinary team that has worked together to successfully deliver a market-leading Dashboards solution.
“By combining technical expertise with a focus on member needs, we’ve ensured every connection empowers individuals to securely access and take greater control of their retirement futures. Reaching this milestone is significant, but equally important is the consistency and operational discipline that sits behind it.”
Neil Campbell, Pensions Dashboards Programme Director at
Isio pensions dashboards programme director Neil Campbell says: “From our first connection in 2025 to preparing for public launch, this programme has been about innovation with purpose. Our systems, processes and teams are primed to ensure members can securely view and manage their pensions.
“The seamless integration of over 150,000 members reflects not just operational efficiency, but a shared commitment with our partner Equisoft to redefine retirement planning. As the market moves into the next phase of Dashboards readiness, having robust post-connection support in place will become increasingly important for schemes and members alike.”
Isio head of administration Kevin Howard says: “Our focus is ensuring seamless member support as Dashboards go live. With a dedicated team and self-service tools, we’re empowering members to access their pensions data confidently and efficiently.
“This is about delivering clarity and trust at scale. We have invested heavily in the operational infrastructure required to support members beyond connection, ensuring schemes can move into the next stage of Dashboards delivery with confidence.”
