Isio revenue exceeded £155 million annually for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023.

Reported revenue experienced a significant growth of 33%, rising from £101.5 million to £135.3 million, while reported EBITDA saw a notable increase of 27%, climbing from £27.0 million to £34.4 million.

Additionally, the company achieved revenue growth of 18 per cent across its core business sectors, including Actuarial and Consulting, Pensions Administration, and Investment Advisory, along with continued development in Reward and Benefits and Wealth Advisory business lines.

Isio invested in its workforce, hiring nearly 200 new employees and promoting five new partners. 1,100 individuals work for Isio across its ten UK offices.

Isio chief executive Andrew Coles says: “Four years into our journey, we are perfectly placed to continue to capitalise on the scale, expertise and culture that we have built here at Isio. This is translating into clients and talented people approaching us as a fast-growth challenger business they want to work with or for.

“We are excited about our future and our strategy is to continue to build a market-leading pension and benefits, investment and wealth planning consulting firm, known for thinking differently.  These strong results are testament to the faith our clients place in us and the commitment and care of our now 1,100 members of the Isio team.”
