Isio unveils rebranded platform isio.beam

Isio has re-launched its newly rebranded platform, Isio.beam, formerly known as Gateway2Benefits.

Isio.beam provides a full range of benefits to its employees, such as total reward statements, employee discounts, and flexible benefits such as salary sacrifice, and recognition. Employers can tailor the platform to their unique requirements thanks to its modular design and simplified management.

The updated platform has added two new modules to improve employee engagement and well-being. Thanks to the financial wellbeing module’s flexible benefit management options, employees can reroute their pension contributions into other savings accounts, such as mortgage payments. Additionally, improved options for individualised employee recognition are now included in the Reward and Recognition module, increasing motivation and engagement.
