ITM appoints former Equiniti IT director

Data audit and management firm ITM has appointed award-winning former Equiniti IT director Jason Hayes as chief technology officer.

He joins ITM, which underwent a management buy-out on 8thMay 2018, to work on delivering innovations and new client solutions.

In 9 years at Equiniti Hayes drove forward the company’s technology and digital roadmap, winning several industry accolades as well as wider financial services awards for innovation in technology, and specific mobile app-based awards.

As part of the Equiniti IT Executive team, Jason was responsible for around 300 staff across multiple locations and all IT products & services delivered into the EQPaymaster (Pensions) division, across infrastructure, project delivery, data conversion, data cleanse, interfaces, system implementation, professional services or platform development.

ITM works with pension funds, providers, trusts, administrators and generalist financial institutions to provide technology enabled consulting and data management.  Headquartered in London, the company currently employs 125 staff across the UK, with additional offices in Guildford and Edinburgh.

ITM chief executive officer Darran Blount says: ”We are delighted that Jason has chosen to join us. His decision reflects the scale of the opportunity we have at ITM to assist clients with leading technology and business solutions.”
