JLT Employee Benefits director Lee Thurston says: “Employers increasingly recognise the importance of a robust healthcare and wellbeing offering for their employees, from preventative measures to rehabilitation. Richard, with his experience and market knowledge, will be central to the development of our presence in the healthcare and wellbeing markets both in the UK and internationally.”

Colver says: “I am delighted to join an ambitious and innovative company at a time when the employee risk market is undergoing rapid and exciting changes. Building on the team’s success so far, I’m looking forward to developing and growing the healthcare and wellbeing business.”
