Called Cube, the portal aims to enable employees of both SMEs and big corporates access to a wide range of benefits and flex. It gives employees a comprehensive interactive overview of all their benefits and value via its reward module, it also allows them to “trade” benefits and model outcomes in real-time.
Tobin Coles, director of flexible benefits and marketing at Lorica says: “It allows our business partners to plug and play their own software giving a holistic online experience to employees without having to jump between systems.”
“We will do the upfront consultancy, planning and design with a company to ensure we build a bespoke reward package built around that company’s business needs. Lorica Online will then build the back office infrastructure for each client to ensure that the scheme runs smoothly throughout the year – from employee helplines and troubleshooting to scheme administration and auditing outcomes.
Coles has joined Lorica along with Matt Duffy to drive its online benefits business. Coles takes up the position of director of flexible benefits and marketing, while Duffy has been appointed partnerships manager.
Coles has more than 10 years experience in the sector, latterly as head of flexible benefits at Jelf Group and prior to that at Aon Consulting and CIGNA HealthCare.
Duffy joins Lorica from CIGNA Healthcare where he was responsible for partnership development through financial institutions. Prior to that he was employee benefits consultant at flex provider You at Work.
