Maxis Global Benefits Network (Maxis GBN) has appointed Federico Morosi as its chief technical and financial officer.

Morosi will be joining the firm on May 2, 2022, and will be based in Paris. Morosi will be in charge of the financial, legal, portfolio management, reinsurance, and reporting departments in his new post. He will report to CEO Mattieu Rouot and will be a member of the executive committee.

Federico has worked in engineering, consulting, and insurance for over 15 years, most recently as the Area Manager for Argentina, Chile, and Portugal for Generali. He worked for the Generali company for nine years, including time as Chief Strategy and Financial Officer for Generali Employee Benefits.

Maxis GBN CEO Mattieu Rouot says: “Firstly I’d like to say a huge thank you to Jérôme for everything he has delivered for Maxis over the five years he has been with us. He joined shortly after the formation of the joint venture and has been hugely influential in taking Maxis to the position we are in today – a leading global benefits network.

“I’m also delighted to be welcoming Federico to the business. His hands-on experience across a variety of functions and teams throughout his career will be hugely beneficial to us and we are looking forward to having him on board to help deliver our strategy.”

Morosi says: “I’m extremely excited to be joining Maxis GBN and am looking forward to helping further develop the network’s strong global presence. I’m eager to get started and use my experience to drive technical innovation, ensure maximum efficiency and help the business to go from strength to strength.”
