Maxis Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has appointed Alexandre Rizk and Nannecy Dulin to director positions within its global business development team.
Rizk has been promoted to director – global relationship management, effective 1 August 2025, moving from his role as account executive in the firm’s Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WEMEA) inbound business development team. He has nearly 10 years’ global employee benefits experience across underwriting and business development, joining Maxis GBN in London before moving to Paris in 2020. He will lead Maxis GBN’s inbound business development in EMEA and the Americas, supporting network members in winning and retaining multinational clients and managing relationships with key brokers and consultants.
Meanwhile, Nannecy Dulin has been appointed as regional director – APAC (Asia-Pacific), effective 1 September 2025. She joins Maxis GBN from Mercer Marsh Benefits where she held the role of account director, global benefits management. She brings over 15 years of leadership in global employee benefits. Dulin will lead the APAC Business Development team with responsibility for both outbound and inbound business development strategies in the region.
Both Alexandre and Nannecy will report to chief business development officer Paul Lewis.
