Moneyhub has appointed Alastair McGill as its new chief executive replacing Sam Seaton who had been CEO for the past 8 years.
McGill joins from Broadridge, where he served as general manager of a multidisciplinary team that served hundreds of financial services companies and corporate treasury operations. He was in charge of strategy, execution, and leadership.
He has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector driving growth within technology businesses and a deep passion for fostering positive workplace culture and people empowerment.
McGill led Cashfac’s Go To Market operations as the company grew into Europe and Australia as global MD before joining Broadridge. Prior to this, he was the chief marketing officer, executive vice president of business development and alliances, and executive vice president of Asia Pacific for SmartStream Technologies.
Seaton remains as non executive director of Charities Aid Foundation and part of the Pensions Dashboards Advisory Group.
Moneyhub chair of the board Anne De Kerckhove says: “We are excited to welcome Alastair to Moneyhub. His exemplary track record and passion for growing businesses, building long term client partnerships and fostering innovation makes him the perfect leader for Moneyhub’s next chapter.”
