Virtual GP provider Medical Solutions is to rebrand its business as HealthHero, and will offer additional clinical and digital services.
This will include mental health, musculoskeletal, counselling and other specialist clinical services, including workplace support services.
The company says this rebrand comes as there is growing demand for tele-healthcare and virtual clinical services due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
HealthHero says it core virtual GP offering and additional additional support services will be accessible through on a multi-modal, multi-channel basis.
HealthHereCEO Ranjan Singh says: “We have witnessed first-hand how customer needs and expectations have changed significantly since the start of the pandemic, as user appetite and confidence has grown in tele-healthcare.
“Our insurer and intermediary partners have been incredibly supportive and will now have the opportunity to drawn upon a wider offering and digital expertise in the group when needed.”
The company, which has recently acquired workplace mental wellbeing provider Validium and Berlin-based tele-medicine platform Fernartz says it aims to continue to grow and has ambitions to be Europe’s premier tele-healthcare provider.
