MetLife UK has appointed Justin Harper as head of propositions for the UK.
Harper will drive the development of new propositions and be in charge of managing the product portfolios for employee benefits and individual protection. He will oversee the creation and future direction of both individual and group protection.
Harper has over 30 years of experience in the protection sector having held positions in product design, marketing, compliance, consulting, and training and most recently oversaw the creation of protection propositions at LV=.
MetLife UK managing director Dominic Grinstead says: “Justin joins us at an exciting point with our market-leading proposition for employee benefits given the addition of Funeral Concierge last year.
