Mindful Pensions founder launches experiential learning programme

Pension trustee and founder of Mindful Pensions David Butcher has launched The Mindfulness Experience (TME), an experiential learning programme exploring mindfulness.

TME emphasises mindfulness for resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. It goes beyond meditation applications by providing simple, useful techniques to enhance productivity, focus, and well-being.

TME offers methods for both short-term clarity and long-term improvement by merging behavioural psychology and mindfulness.

The programme is divided into two sections, the first of which introduces mindfulness, goes over its main ideas, and explains how to begin practising it. The second focuses on creating lasting habits and incorporating mindfulness into daily living.

Butcher says: “Mindfulness is a soft skill that delivers hard results in terms of wellbeing, resilience and productivity. With the ongoing challenges of hybrid working and the sheer magnitude of change and uncertainty ahead, I believe that now is the perfect time for mindfulness to add real and sustained value to the pensions industry.”
