Moneyhub key account director Paul Goodwin has left the business after more than five years working with the organisations to transform their business model and customer experience.

Goodwin has a background in coaching, business and personal growth and client management, with particular skills and specialities in coaching individuals to be the best version of themselves, helping businesses and their people thrive through times of volatility and uncertainty and leadership development, business growth and strategic client management.

He has been a client director as well as a proposition and growth leader for Mercer (now Marsh) and was also director of workplace savings for Aviva. He was most recently non-executive chair of trustees and non-executive director for Children’s Heart Surgery Fund and Fizz Benefits respectively.

In a LinkedIn post, Goodwin said: “After several years of planning, training and building, I have moved into running Breakthrough Change Associates full-time. My passion for helping organisations and their teams to transform and grow drives everything I do at Breakthrough Change.

“Most organisations are great at working out what to do – it’s their bread and butter. And that’s fine in a stable environment where ‘more of the same’ is OK. But any change, whether internally driven or coming from competitive or regulatory pressures, needs businesses to adapt and change ‘how’ they focus, collaborate and communicate. That’s where I can help.

“I will still be supporting Moneyhub over the next few months in a consultancy role.”
