Muse Advisory has expanded its programme management team with two experienced hires, Adam Barker and Olivia Devereese.
Barker, who previously worked for Mercer and Aptia, brings over 30 years’ experience in leading large, complex change projects that have mainly focused on pensions.
Devereese joined Muse from Fidelity International and has over 10 years of project experience, managing regulatory pensions projects and value- add proposition projects that have been complex in scale.
Muse say the appointments reflect growing demand from pension schemes for support with endgame planning and other complex projects needing specialist project management.
Muse Advisory director Jo Fellowes says: “Adam and Olivia have a real depth of expertise in managing complex change projects within the pension sector. They bring significant programme management experience, working on large-scale projects with multiple workstreams. Adam and Olivia have great complementary skills and bring with them a client-first ethos, which is what Muse is so well-known for. We are delighted to have them on board.”
